Founded by Ted Leach in 2003 with offices in Vail, Colorado, Vail Custom Builders is a small team of highly experienced professionals who share a passion for building and remodeling homes of uncompromising quality. As a boutique builder, we limit the number of our projects each year to a select few, allowing us to stay focused on our clients’ needs and to ensure that their homes are built to our own rigorous standards.

Every one of us at VCB lives here because we are inspired by the natural beauty of the area and the mountain culture of the Vail Valley Community. Our love for the area is matched only by our expertise in the industry. Each member of our project management team has no fewer than 25 years of experience completing quality custom homes and remodels. Our Site Superintendents, Administrative team, Technicians, and Skilled Labor force are all screened not only for knowledge and experience but also for a high level of integrity and character. We believe the finest homes are built by the finest people.
